Frame:

The frame is made of M.S. Channels, Beam, Sheet and angels. The fabricated base frame is strong and heavily built to stand the work load under any arduous conditions.

Motor:

Motors are used S4 duty, TEFC, “F”Class of insulation, Temparature Rise to “B”, 40% CDF of reputed make like BBL/KIRLOSKERS/MARATHON/SIEMENS/CROMPTON.

Gear Box:

All gear box used in winch is totally enclosed in dust proof construction. Gears are machine from alloy steel and hardened.

Brakes:

Brake is suitable AC/DC electromagnetic “fail to safe” type used.

Control Panel:
 
The control panel consists of standard make of heavy duty contactors, over load relay, transformers & other associated equipments. The panel is suitable for three phase AC supply. Other power supply also on request.
